Delete your account
Use this form to request deletion of your Plumex account and the personal data associated with it. We verify every request before acting on it, so submit it from the email address linked to your account.
Before you request deletion
- Withdraw any remaining balance — we cannot delete an account with funds on it
- Close any open orders, disputes or chargebacks
What we delete
- Your account and login credentials
- Profile data (name, contact details, preferences)
- Identity documents and selfies uploaded during verification, once the legal retention period expires
- Support correspondence not required as evidence in an open case
What we must keep
- Identification data and transaction records — retained for the period required by AML/CFT and accounting law (typically 5–10 years after the relationship ends)
- Records needed to defend legal claims or comply with a regulator, court or law-enforcement order
We confirm receipt and complete the request within 30 days. If we need more time or cannot delete part of the data, we will tell you why.
