This Notice separates website cookies from App SDK/local-storage technologies and does not combine service-availability terms with privacy technology disclosures.
1. Scope
1.1 This Cookie and Similar Technologies Notice explains how Plum Labs s.r.o. uses cookies, local storage, software development kits (“SDKs”) and similar technologies in plumex.io and the Plumex application.
1.2 Website cookies and App technologies are not identical. A “cookie” is typically a small browser file; the App may instead use SDKs, local/device storage, identifiers or operating-system services that perform similar functions.
1.3 Service availability is governed by the Multi-Party Terms, relevant Schedules and current service information. It is not part of this Notice.
2. Responsible entity
2.1 Plum Labs s.r.o. controls the use of technologies for Platform/website purposes it determines. Other providers may use necessary technologies in connection with their own services according to their own data-protection roles and the Privacy Notice.
2.2 Privacy requests may be submitted to support@plumex.io.
3. Categories of technologies

4. Third-party technologies
4.1 Approved technology providers may supply cloud hosting, diagnostics/crash reporting, security/fraud prevention, identity verification, communications, consent management or analytics functionality.
4.2 The current provider/technology list, where required, is made available through the consent interface, Privacy Notice or other current disclosure. A provider may act as a processor or independent controller depending on its actual function.
5. Duration
5.1 Some technologies are session-based and expire when the browser/App session ends; others persist for a defined period to remember preferences, maintain security, measure performance or meet another disclosed purpose.
5.2 Exact durations for non-essential website cookies or comparable identifiers are shown in the consent/preferences interface or current technology list where required.
6. Your choices
6.1 Where consent is required, you may accept or reject non-essential technologies and later change or withdraw that choice through the available preference controls. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
6.2 Browser or device settings may allow you to block/delete cookies, reset advertising identifiers or restrict permissions. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent secure login or core service operation.
7. Do Not Track and device signals
7.1 Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not interpreted uniformly across the industry. Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally binding opt-out signal, Plum Labs will apply it as required.
8. Personal data and international processing
8.1 Information generated through cookies/SDKs may be personal data when it identifies or can reasonably be linked to a user/device. Processing, recipients, transfers, retention and rights are described in the Privacy Notice.
9. Changes to this Notice
9.1 This Notice may be updated when technologies, providers, purposes or law change. Where a change requires renewed consent, the relevant preference/consent interface will request it.
